Wake and Whimsy

About the Author

Hello! I’m Alicia Kellum. Stay at home mommy of two little girls, knitter, crafter, and DIY-er. I have always loved to design and create. The happiness I feel from using my imagination, and being creative, is wonderful. Wake and Whimsy is my small corner of the world where I can share my little projects with all of you. I hope you’ll try some of them out for yourself, and that you will enjoy it as much as I do! Other than that, I love singing, cooking, traveling, and photography. Some of my favorite things are coffee, hot tea, fresh flowers, anything handmade, fall, music, and anything antique or vintage.

Thank you for stopping by!

  1. Im Mrs. MOM: Love the hat. I have knitted 2 of the hats. Im 😕 confused. What’s the right and wrong side? Is the purl side the right side, or is the knitted side the right side. I wear them on the knitted side. Thanks!

living with us at home, and had two hips done, and legally blind, things are very trying and testing as well, but one day at a time, and hope and pray for
all things to work out for ous 3 the other two children do nothing towards there brother, but Karma is something is so true, and believe in it. Trust God

  5. We sound like kindred spirits, except singing. Well I love to sing but I probably only my kids and my Lord loved to hear me sing.

  6. Thanks for the pattern! I’m going t try it for sure. Canada is a really beautiful place to visit, too. But I recommend coming in the summer and fall, unless you love the winter!
